She currently works as a forklift driver in manufacturing, and her employee is set to move to a new site which is half hour further from home. Fiona was born in Australia and also cares for her parents who have limited English. Her parents are Afghani and only speak Afghan. John is the father of Fionas 5 children and has recently been jailed for matters in relation to domestic violence in the home, due to this dv her children had been removed from her care and is wanting them to return home, as her husband no longer lives there, and Fiona would like to file for divorce. Fiona feels isolated because other than going to work she finds it difficult to leave the house as she is the sole carer for her elderly parents who have limited mobility and limited English skills. Fiona takes regular medication and had regular visits from the community psychiatric nurse and from the local mental health team but these services no longer are in place due to DV issues.
