Develop an intervention plan for a family. Use the following behavioral health disorder: • autism in preschool children Imagine you are going to present best practice family interventions for the specified disorder (autism in preschool children) and population of children to the organization within which you work. Develop a PowerPoint presentation that provides evidence-based practices for engagement, assessment, interventions, and evaluations for the disorder and population. Complete the following: 1. Identify the behavior or mental health disorder you have selected to research and the population affected. 2. Discuss theories of human behavior and the social environment in advanced generalist practice that the research demonstrates as best practices when working with families of youth with this disorder or behavior. 3. Discuss any dimensions of diversity that would be addressed in your work with the families of these youth. 4. Apply theoretical frameworks and best practice interventions that are relevant to this diverse population 5. Develop a well-formu‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍lated and concise family treatment plan that includes how you will: o Apply leadership, technology, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills to actively engage in advanced generalist practice with families. o Discuss the assessment process, including any assessment instruments that would be used, and how you would assess and analyze capacities, strengths, and needs of the families, groups, organizations, and communities. o Apply evidence-based interventions to this family group. 6. Explain how you would evaluate the family intervention. 7. Communicate in a manner that is scholarly, professional, and consistent with expectations for members of the social work profession.
