Read the text of Chapter Case 3, “Airbnb: Disrupting the Hotel Industry,” starting at the beginning of our textbook’s chapter 3 and concluding at the end of the same chapter (this case is in the 5th edition of the textbook only, do not use any other cases, even if they refer to Airbnb).
