This is a site logistic and site layout plan for the redevelopment of byrons house. on the “site location plan” the red boarder is that site boundary and a site plan needs to be made with everything laid out in that area and numbered. I have started this in the uploaded file “Practice and Procedures CW2” page 2 all the things listed are what I want included on the annotations and layout the black arrows show the traffic flow please use this as guidance. I would like alot of detail on the annotations. The welfare facilities should include toilets, canteen break area ect. Details of a fire escape route also need to be included. The temporary services should include electricity supply, wifi supply and water supply ect. The annotations are not included in the 2500 word report. A site logistics should also be created using the Byron Site Location Plan pdf annotating the diagram with the redevelopment process, copy the image onto word like I have done on “Practice and Procedures CW2” page 2 and annotate on there.
In the 2500 word reports all the things listed on the “Practice and Procedures CW2” page 2 should be categorised with subheadings and explained in detail with regards to why they have been put there and the reasoning for this in regards to constrains the site has. Incorporate rules and legislations that are being followed by putting certain things in places on the site plan. Relate to the government and professional bodies standards and regulations. Use Strong evidence of extensive study and critical evaluation/synthesis/analysis when writing the report. Justify the reasoning over the positioning.
